Common Questions
Go to Settings inside the NestFix app and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us at info@gridsynx.com to request deletion.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. Reset links expire after 15 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Open your Household settings inside the app and tap Invite Member. Share the invite code or link with your household. Members can join with different permission levels that you control.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Photos are stored securely through Cloudinary. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NestFix and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
